How We Keep Your Freight and Our Drivers Safe

Shippers and brokers trust us with their freight, and our drivers trust us with their careers. Here's how we take care of both.

Well-maintained equipment

Our tractors are 2019 to 2022 Kenworth and Freightliner models kept on a strict maintenance schedule, with oil and filter service every 15,000 miles. Clean, well-kept equipment is safer on the road and less likely to cause delays.

Safety technology in our trucks

Our trucks run Motive ELDs for accurate hours-of-service logging, along with Motive's AI-powered 360-degree camera systems. Together they help our drivers stay compliant and give us a clear picture of what's happening on the road.

Drivers who know load securement

Most of our freight is flatbed and power only, so we look for drivers with experience using chains, binders and straps. We also pay an incentive for clean DOT inspections, because a safe, compliant truck is something every driver should take pride in.

A dedicated compliance team

Behind the trucks, our office team handles compliance, safety and HR. That means driver files, carrier setup and paperwork get handled quickly and correctly, so your loads aren't held up waiting on documents.

Insurance coverage

Davies Trucking carries $1 million in auto liability, $1 million in general liability, $100,000 in cargo coverage and $60,000 in non-owned trailer coverage. Our authority is USDOT #3937671 and MC #1461392. For a certificate of insurance or carrier packet, email info@daviestrucking.com.
