The freight
We haul over-the-road flatbed, power only and dry van freight across the lower 48 states, Canada and Alaska. Flatbed and power only make up most of our work, so load securement matters, including on some of the customer trailers we pull on power only loads.
Pay
Drivers earn hourly pay plus mileage, with extra incentives for weekly flatbed work, clean DOT inspections and specialized freight. Give us a call and we'll walk you through the details.
Home time that fits you
There's no one-size-fits-all schedule here. Some of our drivers stay out three to four weeks and then take four days off. Some come home every two weeks. Some would rather keep rolling. We work out a schedule that fits your life.
Equipment
You'll run a 2019 to 2022 Kenworth T680, Kenworth W990 or Freightliner Cascadia, kept on a strict maintenance schedule with oil and filter service every 15,000 miles. Our trailers include 53-foot Utility and Great Dane flatbeds and a 53-foot Utility dry van, and our trucks run Motive ELDs and AI camera systems.
Benefits
We offer workers' comp, contributions to an IUL policy, and help finding medical coverage with a pay credit toward your premium. Pets and riders are considered case by case.
What we're looking for
A Class A CDL with at least two years of consecutive experience, and one or more years of OTR preferred. Experience with chains, binders and straps for load securement is a plus. You'll need a clean driving record with no citations on your personal or commercial record, no SAP or return-to-duty history, and you must be 21 or older, which is a federal requirement for interstate driving.
